Q. If you don't have a shop, how can I find you when I want to shop?
A. Just telephone us to learn when we will have a show near your
business or home.
Q. Can I buy crystal laser art over the telephone?
A. Yes, with a credit card.

additional charges?
A. Yes, there is a shipping and handling charge of $9.50 and tax.
Q. How much would a custom order cost me?
A. The price would be the cost of the size of the crystal you chose,
an additional $20 for the customization, shipping and handling and
tax.

Q. Do the crystals arrive safely?
A. Virtually always. They come in a padded gift box, and are packaged
quite securely. To calm any lingering fears, they are also insured
by the delivery service.

A. Yes. They are packaged quite securely. To calm any lingering
fears, they are also insured by the delivery service.

Q. Can I have anything I want put into a crystal?
A. Yes. These are called custom orders (related
question).
Q. What type of object can I have put into
my custom crystal?
A. Just about anything you want can be put in; you could put in
a photograph of a person, your company logo, your client’s company
logo etc.
Q. What is the process for customizing a
crystal?
A. We would need the object in photograph form.
- For your object to appear in the crystal in 2-D (2 dimensional),
all you need do is provide us with a photograph of it. We then
scan it into a computer. We then proceed with the making of your
customized crystal.
- For your object to appear in the crystal in 3-D (three dimensional),
your picture would have to come to us by way of a .DXF file. A
.DXF file is a file that contains a 3-dimensional view of the
object from all directions. These .DXF files are hard to find.
